MMSS  initiates a project by performing a survey of your current situation and assists you in relating the effectiveness of your policies and practices to attain your organization’s goals. From this analysis, a plan for improvement can be developed. MMSS has access to technical and professional resources that can be retained if the specialized talents needed for executing the plan are not available within your own organization. As the project is implemented, periodic Progress Reports are presented to keep management, and all concerned, informed as to the status of the effort and results achieved.

MMSS operates in conjunction with your most valued resource...your people. Any system for improvement must be a cooperative effort if positive results are to be realized and maintained. Early in the effort, your personnel will be encouraged to take part in the development and implementation of the "system". This approach takes advantage of your personnel’s knowledge and skills, thereby ensuring you of improvement acceptance by gaining employee support and "pride of ownership". The involvement and participation of both management and employee personnel will be the determining factor in continued improvements.
