Personnel Resources - MMSS can provide you with experienced consultants, project managers, maintenance specialists, trainers and computer specialists to attain your goals.

Manual Systems - With the cost of computer power declining at such a rapid rate, a manual system becomes less and less cost effective for even the smallest of maintenance organizations. The trade off has historically been the cost of administration (file keeping, work order processing, etc.). Considering the cost of labor and the revenues required to automate, the choice is rapidly becoming mute. However, certain budgetary and manpower constraints can be accommodated with a manual system when necessary.

Software Resources - Over 250 computerized maintenance management software packages exist on the market. MMSS is familiar with a number of them and can investigate others in order to match their capabilities with your needs. With such a variety available, it is seldom worth the investment to develop your own software. In large applications, however, MMSS stands ready to assist in the design, development and implementation of custom programs.

Other specialized software packages (tool control, security, key control, MSDS management, project management, predictive maintenance, database development, etc.) associated with the maintenance function also exist.

Often, our clients possess other software systems that present us with the opportunity for developing electronic interface programs. Our analysis of the options available to you will assist you in deciding whether to pursue options with internal or external resources.

Training Capabilities - MMSS has developed a number of courses that can be offered at your location or held off-site to address the educational needs of your organization. We have provided courses for a number of the computerized maintenance management, project management and report writer systems. Other courses include:

These, and other, customized training sessions are developed to directly address the specific issues of your organization.
